Products Introduction
Waterway Diversion Device/Access Door
When installing a drainage facility within a house, we allow the existing confluent pipe to discharge the rainwater and sewage at the time of construction by installing a waterway diversion device. After construction is finished, we discharge the rainwater into the confluent pipe and the sewage into the pipe specially for sewage by changing the waterway to the pipe specially for rainwater. As a result, the drainage facility construction in a house can be completed at once without being split into 1st and 2nd steps.
Existing Construction Method (Existing)
Not possible to install the drainage equipment (closing of the filtration tank – direction insertion of raw defecation) or have the water pass when the pipe exclusively for sewage has not yet been connected (new main line, branch sewer pipe) in the sewage treatment plant on the side of the downstream.

We retain and use the existing drainage pipe and existing confluent pipe during the construction period

through after the drainage equipment installment beings, we install the sewage management system in two steps

→ 1st construction : main line, branch sewer pipe construction

→ 2nd construction : drainage pipe construction (close filtration tank)

1, Construction Split into 2 Stages (Existing)
  • Extent of 1st construction: Main line, drainage pipe, connecting pipe, house inlet construction

  • Extent of 2nd construction : close the filtration tank and let the water pass after connecting the drainage pipe and the house inlet

Problems with Construction in 2 stages

Only calculates the 1-time construction fee for the same construction site at the time of planning → doubled burden for the construction company

Due to on-site construction involving at least 2 visits

Excessive construction cost (construction equipment and construction workers doubled)

Economic loss arises as the construction period is prolonged

Doubled digging work and deepened inconvenience to residents

Improved Construction Method
By installing a waterway diversion device (use as access door after construction) at the time of constructing the drainage equipment within the house

Allow the rainwater and sewage to be drained through the existing convergent pipe at the time of construction

After construction is finished, let the rainwater be discarded through the convergent pipe and the sewage through the sewage-only pipe by changing the waterway to the sewage-only pipe

Complete construction at once without splitting it into 1st and 2nd steps.

Optimal construction method: Construct the drainage facility, including the main line, branch sewer pipe, and waterway diversion part, all at once( including new disposal facility)
Areas of Improvement

Reduce Construction Cost :

Finish construction within 1 visit to the same site (equipment, workers)
(break the pavement in the alley &within the house, dig the ground, put in the pipes and rain gutter, fill it back up, tramp the ground, pave the ground, etc.)

Shorten Construction Period : Finish construction at once at the same site

Alleviate complaints from residents:

The pedestrian walkway and road are blocked only once
